Reservation & Cancellation Policy

At Artrutx Sea Club, we aim to offer all our guests an exceptional experience. To ensure proper organization and the best possible service, please read the following terms carefully, as they apply to all bookings made at our venue.

Confirmation and acceptance of the reservation

A reservation is considered confirmed upon completion of the booking process and receipt of the corresponding confirmation from the restaurant.

By finalizing the booking, the guest declares to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Completing a reservation implies full acceptance of this Reservation & Cancellation Policy.

Artrutx Sea Club reserves the right to update these terms when necessary to enhance service or adapt to organizational or regulatory changes. The conditions active at the time of booking shall apply.

Table Assignment

All tables at the restaurant feature sea views and sunset perspectives.

Tables are assigned according to internal organizational criteria and, as a general rule, in order of booking creation, earlier bookings receive locations closest to the sea.

For operational reasons, it is not possible to choose or request changes to the assigned table.

Punctuality and Reservation Duration

Punctuality

Reservations include a 10-minute grace period from the confirmed time.

After this period has elapsed without prior notice, the restaurant reserves the right to mark the booking as a No-Show and release the table for other guests, applying the corresponding cancellation policy if applicable.

Duraction

As a general rule, the standard duration for each reservation is 2 hours, starting from the moment guests are seated.

Depending on availability and service operations, the restaurant may exceptionally extend this time limit.

Minimum Spend

Dinner reservations are subject to a minimum spend of €50 per person.

This amount may be applied toward any menu item, including both food and beverages.

Minors are explicitly exempt from this requirement, regardless of whether they occupy a seat in the reservation.

As an alternative, ARTRUTX SEA CLUB offers a Sunset Bar area with no minimum spend, featuring open access without prior reservation, subject to available capacity. Access operates on a first-come, first-served basis upon purchasing an entry ticket that includes one beverage and one tapas.

Cancellations, Weather Conditions and Modifications

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reserved date and time.

In the event of a cancellation within the 24-hour window or a No-Show, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a fee of €25 to the credit card provided as a guarantee during the booking process.

Weather Conditions

In the event of adverse weather conditions that may affect normal service on the outdoor terrace, guests may cancel their reservation without penalty, even if the standard cancellation period has expired.

If indoor seating is available, the restaurant may offer to relocate the reservation, strictly subject to availability and operational criteria.

Reservation Modifications

Modifications regarding party size, date, or time are subject to availability.

The restaurant cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying a confirmed reservation.

Pets and Allergies

Pet Policy

Unless expressly indicated for specific designated areas or events, pets are not permitted in the restaurant.

Guide dogs and certified assistance animals are allowed in accordance with current legislation.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Guests with food allergies or intolerances must inform the restaurant as far in advance as possible.

While our culinary team takes all reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Right of Admission and Data Protection

Right of Admission

Artrutx Sea Club reserves the right of admission and attendance under the circumstances provided for by current legislation, as well as in cases of behavior that disrupts the normal operation of the establishment or compromises the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

Data Protection

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in compliance with current data protection regulations and used exclusively for reservation management and purposes authorized by the guest.
